I don’t claim to have all the answers. But I do spend a lot of time in rooms full of smart, well-intentioned people trying to solve genuinely hard problems – usually around digital inclusion, accessibility, and how to make big organisations behave less like big organisations.
This is my attempt to document what I’m figuring out. Occasionally there is exasperation. Often there is a point.
